Scope and Contents
Include characters created for and published in newspapers or characters who were not necessarily paper dolls but were featured as such in newspapers. Most of the characters in this subseries started in comic strips and appeared in the newspapers as paper dolls. These characters include Dixie Dugon and Mickey, Jane Arden, Boots, Tillie the Toiler, and Mopsy. Materials are arranged in alphabetical order.
