War Savings Stamps Issued by the United States Government $5.00 for $4.14 戰時儲積票積銀好機會，有利息，兼穩當，買多些，盆更大。另有小票每張沽廿五仙積十六張小票，加十三個仙，在二月內即可換一張五圓票，此小票乃儉積方法也。五圓一張，先除利，存至一千九百廿三年正月一號由美國國家淸還本利主大圓。西曆二月每張沽銀四圓一毫三仙西曆三月每張沽銀四圓一毫四仙西曆四月每張沽銀四圓一毫五仙以後每月加多一仙支票有美國國家發出，有美國國家擔任清還，個郵局各大商店皆有出賣，美國財政部特委華人代理，以利便華僑。買儲解票之利益，請之不盡，若存銀四個幾在身，何從出息。若有銀卽買儲積票，時時買，一年內積得許多銀矣。今日出銀，過五年卽收回。若緊用或回國，可須早通知請收回，亦有一定利息。此之謂利便，此之謂當。
