- Horizontal view of a group of trees in autumn color stands in center middle ground. Behind, a low hill sloping up to the right. Remains of a fence, barely visible at bottom of hill in lower left quadrant; tracks from a cart (?) visible at top of hill in lower right quadrant. Ground color exposed in margins on all four sides.
